It was the first time having our Kia serviced at your dealership. Angie (Jackson) and the rest of the service team were the best. They were knowledgeable in what they were doing and got my wife's car in and out as fast as possibly. We even had opportunity to open recall (which we were unaware of) taken care of while I was there. We look forward to coming back again.

Made an appointment on line. Issues with car skipping and shaking when pressing gas and shaking while at a stop. I thought it might be the spark plugs. Asked for a fuel induction service. No one ever said that was the problem. Still some skipping when pressing the gas.

I came in for an oil change and Angie was very polite and helpful. My oil change was done quickly. I have visited other dealerships that had me waiting hours for my oil change. It was nice to get in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Nalley Kia.
