Made an appointment on line. Issues with car skipping and shaking when pressing gas and shaking while at a stop. I thought it might be the spark plugs. Asked for a fuel induction service. No one ever said that was the problem. Still some skipping when pressing the gas.

I came in for an oil change and Angie was very polite and helpful. My oil change was done quickly. I have visited other dealerships that had me waiting hours for my oil change. It was nice to get in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Nalley Kia.

Very swift process in and out

I was overwhelmingly impressed with the service that I received from the staff at Nalley Kia. The sales person, Stan Williams, was very attentive to my needs, and very patient with me throughout the car buying process. The finance manager, Harold, was very professional and a great guy to work with. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2022 Kia Telluride SXP, and I will be referring all of my friends and family to Nalley Kia!
