The interim service manager was very supportive of my case after I had described my concern and frustration from my previous service visist in May 2021. Diamond, my service representative, provided EXCELLENT service and continuous feedback. I hope that this level of service continous. I think that this Nalley Kia location needed a long awaited overhaul and based on what I have observed on my last visit (7/20/21), the changes are very positive and noticeably effective. Thank you.

Was quick fast and in a hurry!!

I had a later date scheduled for my service but was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call to come in on an earlier date to get service. I thought that was quite thoughtful! Upon my arrival was greeted and my vehicle was taken back for service in a timely fashion.
