As I arrived, I was about to turn around and go back home because of the sign stating service was temporarily closed however a real nice gentleman advised me to go in. The wait was not as long as expected and the people were polite and nice.

The interim service manager was very supportive of my case after I had described my concern and frustration from my previous service visist in May 2021. Diamond, my service representative, provided EXCELLENT service and continuous feedback. I hope that this level of service continous. I think that this Nalley Kia location needed a long awaited overhaul and based on what I have observed on my last visit (7/20/21), the changes are very positive and noticeably effective. Thank you.
