Great service and glad I was able to be seen. I didn't have any idea the location was closed. They were still able to get me in for an oil change. I came for other service but an oil change was definitely a need. Thank you all for not turning me away since shop was closed.

Nalley Kia worked with my extended warranty company to take care of the bulk of my expenses, charging me only for my deductible. The team was very respectful and transparent with me on the progress of the repair, and my air conditioning works great now after the work that was done.

The dealership was really back up with repairs. Angie got my car in though. She was polite, curtious and very professional in the way she represented the dealership.
