I had a issue with a recent repair. Called the Service Manager who was very kind and professional. Instructed me bring my car back in. He and the team took care of the issue and I wad very pleased. Great Job!!

I had a 12:30 appointment and when I arrived she told me it would be at least a 2-21/2 hr. Wait. Why do you have to wait when you have an appointment. It was 21/2 hrs before I left

The service was great as always I always enjoy my experience at Nelly Kia everyone is gorgeous they take time with you they're just great so thank you for such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The personelle was very nice, kind and courteous. There were many clientele, yet my wait time was relatively short. And the service was good. Many times women are taken advantage of and disrespected, however that was not the case. I always feel I'm getting good fair service there.
