Every time I bring my car in for service I get good customer service from Angie. If there a problem she tried to resolve it before it gets to the next level.

Seevice has definitely declined. I attempted to get someone on the phone 12xs literally before ever getting a live person. I was told my car would take 20 days or more before being looked at however it only took 2. That was a big plus! Once I spoke to an amazing guy in scheduling named Jason.. best customer service by far. He wrote an email and made sure I was heard. But as far as getting through to someone.. needs work.

Antonio the salesman was very professional and courtesy answered all questions and concerns that I had and worked with me in all matters all in all it was very good experience πand will recommend Kia π

The long wait after a pre-scheduled appointment 3 weeks prior. Also, I was not informed that the wait time had been extended until I asked about my vehicle going into hour #4. I was also told that I would have to bring it back because of a part that was ordered.
