I brought my car in and was second in line when two people who were behind me tried to cut the line. I love the way Kia takes people in order. Happy start to my service. Next, I asked to have my car checked out because it is pulling to the left. Because most people had appointments my car was at the back of the line, but that's because I didn't make an appointment so now I know for next time. They identify issues and determine that I need new tires. They replaced three of the four tires, which puzzled me a bit since I didn't remember ever replacing a tire. Ms. Angela Jackson was extremely helpful. I texted her today and she let me know my car was ready for pickup. My car is driving better now than it has in a long time. I am surprised at how different it rides. I love the service I get there, the employees are always friendly and fair and that's why I only get my car serviced there.
