Great service

This is only related only to service rep Denzel and manager Mr. Terry from another location on 6/8 Denzel respectful and professional both days. Mr. Terry was very nice listening to my concerns with sincere understanding. Poor experience with inaccurate diagnostic which original manager did not want to acknowledge mechanics service error.

Everything was great, unfortunately the wait was like 3 hours, hopefully that will get better. Thanks

I was able to have my car service within a reasonable amount of time. Nally Kia was quite busy, but made sure to attend to all guests' needs. Friendly attendants.

Great service, dedicated employees, great work.

The service was polite even tho they didn't keep me informed of what was going on. I waited about 2 hours in the waiting area to get notified by text. They could have came got me or called my name.

It was a quick in and out

Diamond took care of my recall and informed me of some other maintenance repairs I needed…and took care of them all. She is very personable and professional.

Took for Regular Maintenance Oil Change. Was told it would take approx. 2 hrs and they were on the mark with their time guesstimate.
