First time servicing my new car. First time using this dealership other than having bought it there. I was surprised it would be ready within an hour. So I just waited there. Compared to previous experiences at Ford, this was above expectation.

This is only related only to service rep Denzel and manager Mr. Terry from another location on 6/8 Denzel respectful and professional both days. Mr. Terry was very nice listening to my concerns with sincere understanding. Poor experience with inaccurate diagnostic which original manager did not want to acknowledge mechanics service error.

I was able to have my car service within a reasonable amount of time. Nally Kia was quite busy, but made sure to attend to all guests' needs. Friendly attendants.

The service was polite even tho they didn't keep me informed of what was going on. I waited about 2 hours in the waiting area to get notified by text. They could have came got me or called my name.
