The customer service here is always great and you all were able to get my car done in a timely manner. Thank you! My only wish is that Joshua (the attendant at the front counter) followed through with me. After my vehicle was fixed I had a question about my vehicle for the tech and he stated that the tech had left for lunch but that he would ask him when he returned and that he would get back to me. I haven’t heard anything from him 4 days later. I kind of felt brushed off and like he was just saying that just to get me to leave. It may not have been his intention, but it’s how I felt. He was still a kind young man.
