I had an emergency with my car and Kia Service Rep. Ms. Diamond was Great. Customer service was outstanding and she went above and beyond to insure the issues with my car were resolved.😃😃😃😃😃

Had appointment at 12:00 noon. Normally Cassandra takes care of me, but she was on FMLA. So, Diamond took great care of me. Normally give 5 stars. I rated 4 stars because they took away the complimentary car wash after servicing vehicle. I think loyal customers deserve that perk when going out of their way to do business at that particular location. Please bring it back!

My service Associate was so professional and she listened. I spoke with Chris the Regional Manager and he too made me feel welcomed and that my car was in excellent care with this location. The car was delivered at the time expectedand l was escorted to my car. My service Advisor knows her job and thoroughly explained what was being done to my car and the steps l need to take to address the oil burning too fast situation. I always bring my car to this location because the staff is awesome. The old management staff was questionable because l often noticed he was not a team player and would not assist with customers during busy times. I did discuss my car with him during one of my visits and l did not receive the same type of compassion as his staff akways gave me. He had attitude. Anyway, my experience today was awesome! This is my secon KIA....love it!

Even though my services could not all be completed on my appointment date and I had to return the next day for completion, Service s received were excellent.
