My experience was most welcome. Smiles early in the morning. Mgrs. coming in greeting every one . I forgot my phone n Casandra graciously allowed me to a call home. I'm most thankful. Car done in timely manner. Some new chairs in waiting area. Other than that everything wa great.

Everyone was professional. My oil change was done quickly and the communication was constant during the entire process.

I applied online and went to the dealership to sign the contract and take delivery of the car. It was somewhat of a smooth process. My only concern is that my brand new Kia did not come with floor mats!
