I discovered the Lithonia, Ga location has no manager! Their quality of service has gone down! I’ve been going to that location since 2014 and I have always had Very Satisfied customer service!! I will say that the young lady that assist me was GREAT and understanding with my issues! Her name is Diamond! Kudos to her!! There was also another young lady that assist me with my issues! I can’t remember her name! She is Caucasian with blonde hair!
