With no appointment, left auto for repair. Was notified for and gave approval. Received text repair complete. Returned to pick up auto; notified of repair, and escorted to my car.

I was concerned that my steering wheel was sticking and making clunking noises...I was given an appt to bring it in on 4/21/21...I called back and expressed my concerns of driving the car in that condition...the. service gentleman on the phone immediately allowed me to bring it that day!! The next day my car was fixed and ready for pick up...NO CHARGE!!! 2012 Kia Soul. Angie was great also! Thanks Nalley for the concern for my safety!!!
