When I entered the service center they were professional. I explained to them why I was there. The staff went on to inspect my car, complete the service as well as notifying me that my car F/R brakes pads needed to be replace. They explained why and had a picture for me to see why. Diamond Brown is an absolute treasure! Knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. The service techs were great, diagnosing a mistake made by a previous shop. The facilities were clean and ample, though outside chairs would be a nice addition. All around great service center!
