I could not be more pleased with my experience and the service staff at Nalley Kia in Lithonia Ga. They were so very pleasant and helpful. I would like to give a special shout out to the representative who helped me personally, Lenard. He was so kind and helpful. When I didn't understand something, Lenard was very patient and helpful. This is my second Kia and it will not be my last!! I love the. product and customer service!

Diamond was a wonderful tech and had excellent customer service! She gave me an estimated time that my vehicle would be ready and she kept her word. Made sure I was clear on what work had been done and answered all questions I had. She even walked me out to my vehicle after my service was done.
