The Nalley Kia @ Stonecrest experience was a 1st for me and I appreciated it. It’s rare that I get to work with a female salesperson so I felt much more comfortable. I talked with Elizabeth initially about one car I set my sights on. I expressed the desire not to have to sit at the dealership for long hours trying to buy a car and she provided the information I needed to do the majority of the work online. The sales manager, Israel Simmons was on point as he picked up the phone to call direct about my approval. The process was very smooth, less than two hours at the dealership from start to finish. The only reason I didn’t rate the performance a 5/5 was based on the interest rate I was given through Kia Finance. Should have gone with my bank instead and would have gotten a lower interest rate, especially based on my credit and score. But, lesson learned on my part! Love the Kia Stinger though! Thanks Nalley Kia for the service!

I purchased the car online. Basically, all I had to do was go in and sign papers. There was no haggling, no surprises, but I was able to get a better rate thanks to Tarrance in finance. My salesman, Jamaari was super helpful and knowledgeable about the car and its features. He even called a couple of days after to follow up with me and see if I had any questions. Farouk checked on me a couple of times while I was there to make sure everything was going well. He also reminded me to delete my phone and my home address from my old car that I traded in. These gentleman provided outstanding service, and I highly recommend them.
