Hello. I was actually going to call the company on last week after I left, but I got side tracked. Just to let you all know how pleasant and professional the two ladies, Diamond and Cassandra was and how courteous the entire staff was. They all deserve a pat on the back and maybe some lunch. Thanks for hiring a beautiful set of individuals. They made my day very pleasant while I waited on my car.

My sales person was Liz. Your first step should be to ask for her. If she is not available the entire team surrounding her have proven very capable as well. Although my purchase was of a certified used vehicle, I never felt slighted in the least. Courteous and kind, Liz was also patient with my many questions and never rushed or forced me into anything. despite occupying her time for several hours. The management team were readily available for ant concern that arose and the speed at which my concerns were dealt with was stellar. Although I am happily surprised by the quality of product Kia is putting out there, it was surpassed by the customer care I experienced at Nalley Kia. All said and done, I am a happy customer. I've already referred a few friends.
