This time I didn’t have to wait 4 hours for my oil to be changed. Before with an appointment it was still a 4 hrs wait Glad to see the the speed of service as improved. Thanks

This was my first service on my first-ever brand new car! Everything was great- Angela checked me in yesterday evening and out today. She was super-nice and thorough. I’ll see y’all again in 6,000 miles!

From the time I entered the service area, I was asked what help I needed. It made me feel immediately noticed and not invisible. Cassandra, my service advisor, immediately got to work and made sure I was taken care of. Excellence from jump.

My oil is burning frim engine. This is the 2nd time l brought to dealership within 45 days. There is a problem. Manager is checking with higher authority to resolve. I am still under warranty.
