Service advisor was a good listener regarding any concerns I voiced regarding the care of my Kia Soul. The recall problem was taken care of which relieved my anxiety of dangerous circumstancesand safety. The spark plugs were done. However the car is hard to start after I brake at a stop sign or light. Thank you for a good Service visit this time. 3 months ago I was definitely frustratedregarding the recall. But happy with Service Advisor taking care of my concerns..

Timely communication and they understood my time was limited and I was travelling 3 hours one way to come buy the car I was looking at online. They called to check on me, When I arrived the had the car siting out front with a beautiful big red bow on the hood! We bought the car and the team was amazing; they made the process quick and effortless as possible. Great customer service and presentation. Would recommend!
