Mr. Lenard was very professional and helpful during the entire process. He provided excellent customer service.

I had been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks but they were booked. The last time I called I spoke with Angie and she mentioned that if I came in right at the time they opened I would be able to get all of the services I needed completed within a few hours. I told her I would take and as soon as I walked in that morning, I was greeted, given information, and began to wait. Angie came by a couple of times to ask questions, update me on my car, and checked in with me to make sure I was okay. When I was done she explained what was done, informed me of what I needed to get done the next time I came in, and walked me to my car. I received excellent service from start to finished and I will continue to get my car serviced at Nalley Kia! Thank you Angie.
