I arrived for my appointment at the designated time and was promptly taken care of. My service mgr was informative and told me I would have my car back in about an hour. Within a short while she came back to give me an update. At about the hour mark my car as ready. The waiting area and reception area totally within COVID guidelines. Great service. My salesman was really nice and knowledgeable about the suv I purchased it’s pre-owned certified he sent me pictures of the suv before I went to purchase I loved the pictures but when I got to the dealership I some nicks and scratches that I wasn’t told about before hand other than that I’m satisfied.
