I arrived for my appointment at the designated time and was promptly taken care of. My service mgr was informative and told me I would have my car back in about an hour. Within a short while she came back to give me an update. At about the hour mark my car as ready. The waiting area and reception area totally within COVID guidelines. Great service. Excellent personnel.

My salesman was really nice and knowledgeable about the suv I purchased it’s pre-owned certified he sent me pictures of the suv before I went to purchase I loved the pictures but when I got to the dealership I some nicks and scratches that I wasn’t told about before hand other than that I’m satisfied.

I really appreciated the excellent communication from my service advisor Diamond Brown. Nalley diagnosed the problem with my car and we’re able to resolve quickly. The text and email notifications detailed the repair and enabled me to approve repairs easily. I’m on my 3rd Kia and was really impressed with the service. Thank you,
