My first time at Nalley Kia. I was greeted promptly upon entering. The lobby area was clean and seats were efficiently spaced apart. I was given a finish time, but my car was ready ahead of time. I received excellent service from Angie. I would recommend for service needs.

Friendly and professional. Did a diagnostic in the time frame they gave me. Still have to go back for repairs but they were helpful in contacting the origin of my extended warranty so repairs will be covered.

My whole visit was excellent. Customer service was the best. My rear view mirror was loose and they fixed it. Even though my car was just there for a recall. I really enjoyed my visit.. thank you. Kia.. Diamond was My customer service . Thanks Diamond!! 😁
