I was pleased with the courteous check in and quick service. However, when I went to pick up my car, neither the service rep nor my work order could be found. It was over an hour later when the rep returned from lunch and I then had to return to pick up my car. The rep did offer a discount. The service reminder still comes on when I start my car. Apparently it wasn't reset.

Thank you guys for Amazing customer service. Jamaari Lawrence was great, he was very helpful, persistent, and understanding throughout the whole process. He made sure to point me in the right direction so I would be going home with a much needed vehicle. I highly recommend getting your next car here, as everyone at Nalley Kia were amazing!
