Upon arriving for my appointment I was met with a friendly face of a young lady name Diamond. She was very polite and professional and Courteous. She informed me with the problems that they found . Very satisfied with the service and customer service.

Diamond was great!! She provide 5-star service while I waited on my car to get maintenance. Although I had to wait a long time, she checked on me in the waiting area throughout my duration of waiting.

Easily made the appointment online. Service Rep was very friendly and pleasant. It was ready at the time it was promised with no issues. Oil change, tire rotation and the multi point vehicle inspection was done in under 90 minutes and the car was clean. I used a Kia coupon I received via email. Good experience and worth the trip to the dealership.
