I had a Scheduled appointment with Kia Service on December 1st due to a Service soon engine light on in my Vehicle. Angie Jackson explained to me they could only look and fix the Vehicle only while being on because it is under warranty, not while it was off, so she advised me to wait until it came on again to return. It did come on again on December 7th, and i was to call them back immediately to schedule another appointment. I spoke to the main dealership team, and i was asked to bring it in, and they fixed the problem. I appreciate the service, and time provided for me, and my Vehicle, Thank you.
