The tech reviewed my car, and did not pressure me to get the issue fixed the same day. I appreciated that, because I didn't have the funds for the repair.

The customer service at Nalley Kia StoneCrest was amazing from the time I walked in the door until the time I came to pick my car up. The service Advisor Melvin was the nicest person ever by explaining to me exactly what I needed to improve the quality of my Kia Sorento .. I had a great experience!!

I thought when you get your car service they usually ask you do you want your car wash but they don't. But customers Services was good.

I bring my car in needing a service job and Diamond returns it washed and vacuumed along with windshield washer fluid being topped off, and walks me to my car so I won’t get lost on the car lot looking for mine.Lolol !!!
