Car was done fine so far. This is the second time I had to get an alignment within the last 8 months. I jus don’t like that no one told me they were closing early and my car was stuck there over the holidays

Overall the service was fine. I was surprised how long an oil change took with an appointment. Also I was a little disappointed I didn’t get my car wash with my service like I have in the past.

I went to Stonecrest Kia with a concern of a burning smell, oil consumption, and a recall. When I was explaining my concern Mr Willis listen attentively to my concern and even offered to do a test drive with me to ensure that the problem was resolved! My appointment was scheduled for 8am My service was completed at 9:45 am. Oh not to mention I went in by the advisement to return in 1,000 miles in reference to the oil consumption I did not know it has been only 300 miles due to my missed calculation I was not treated differently! Thank you Mr Willis, Ms Consandra, and the mechanics!!

I came in on Tuesday afternoon and Angela was very helpful and advised I return on Friday based on what needed to be done. She was very helpful and courteous.
