Excellent service!!!The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful !!!!!

My usual service advisor was unavailable to take my payment because she was busy. She always gives her best to each customer. The person who cashed me out was very helpful, answered all my questions and referred me to the service manager when she did not know the answer. She was very professional. The service manager was helpful but was not able to fully answer my question. The general manager happened to stop by and was able to assist me with my inquiry about the tint on my back window. The general manager knew all about my situation which was very comforting. He reassured me that the replacement would be taken care of. All three individuals exhibited excellent customer service. I was very pleased.

Great customer service

Angela was very attentive and listened to me when I described a recent concern, and everything was properly notated on my repair order. She also noted that my vehicle had an open recall notice on it and took care of that while I was there. I was in and out faster than I anticipated, a very good experience all the way around.

Ms. Diamond is the best Customer Service Representative for the Service Department at Kia. She makes sure that all customers are well taken care with a smile in her face and a attentive ear to listen when the customer is addressing their stressful concern about the vehicle. She speaks so you can understand clearly what’s being addressed for the repairs of the vehicle. Most of all she makes sure you leave satisfied with the work that was performed to the car. Magnificent Customer Service!!! Keep up the great job!!!
