Wait times roe repairs seem excessive. I spent a total of five hours & two trips to have a sensor replaced. The first appointment was at 7:15am. Took 3 hrs to find the problem & being told they didn’t have the part. The second trip was a7:00am appointment. Took 2 hrs for the part to be installed. Service reps. We’re great. The wait time just seem excessive.

I was very Impressed with the changes that have taken place since my last visit in July 2020. First, I would like to mention the Service Rep, Diamond Brown was very courteous & professional from start to finish. I noticed a whole change in the Service Staff & they all were very friendly & accommodating. While I waited in the main showroom area, one of the receptionist at the front desk checked in with me to make sure I had not gone over my promised wait time & she offered me water & other refreshments. By the way, I was given a 2 hour window from my check time & they finished very close to that time. The service rep called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. I was very happy & satisfied with my visit! Also, they only serviced what I requested & did not try to get me to commit to other services.
