I went in to Nally Kia to get my vehicle serviced.

Service Rep was very polite, in to comprassion to previous visit at Stonecrest Kia. He listen to what I had to say and also showed interest in my concerns.

It’s a good wait , but it’s OK

It was the most beautiful experience with a very friendly professional sale rep. He was a good listener understand my need , no pressure sales, and work with me to give me all the information I requested for.

Came in a few minutes after my appointment and was greeted politely. Checkin I was assisted with transportation to ER for my daughter while may car was being serviced. Mildred went above and beyond with her customer service. A lot better experience than I have had in the past and I will continue to come to Nalley for all car service needs. Thanks again Mildred!
