My only problem was that the items that were sent to me as needing immediate attention, months ago, were no longer in the system and I was told about new issues that needed immediate attention.

Customer service was excellent. I did not have to wait when I arrived for check in. It only took about 35-45 minutes for them to complete my vehicle. I was extremely impressed. Kudos to Naples Automotive.

Everyone was super friendly and quick to work with. Feel like the price could have been negotiated a little more, but I also understand I'm getting a pricier car than what I originally had
