Cassandra was my service advisor. Appt for recall 7:45. They took the car upon check in Total time 48 minutes. Cassandra checked with me during entire process. Definitely a great experience. I had stopped having my car serviced at the dealership due to long wait times even when you had a appointment. Cassandra informed me that they initiated expired oil changes thus reducing wait times.
