I am satisfied thus far with the engine replacement. My only issue was at the beginning of the ordeal I was not kept updated. I had to drive up to Nalley to get updates from the service department. After I made my concerns known about receiving updates, the service department then began to contact me with regular progress updates.

Very professional and attentive tech. I would like to replace her as my go to person now that Marlon is no longer there. Service was fast and price reasonable. Only concern was they left the emergency brakes on and my son who had to drive the car home (he is only 19), did not realize that for about a mile. Hopefully no damage done.

I had a really good experience 😃 My truck was pulled n the service center on time, the employees stayed on track with everyone appointment time. The employees are very knowledgeable, and checked on the customers in the waiting area often. THANK YOU
