I made appt inline using coupons upon my arrival I was informed by a rude cust svc rep I had no appt despite email confirmation, came back next day spoke to a rep I was more familiar with who got the issue resolved as well as speaking to mgr regarding the unprofessionalism of said representative, otherise Ive always had a 5star experience dealing with Cassandra or Marshaun best agents at Stonecrest Kia!!
