Nalley Kia provides excellent service each time that I have a checkup or a problem with my 2015 Kia Soul. I was working with Diamond, the service representative, who provided wonderful service and Diamond was very helpful in all regards. Thank you for making my Kia maintenance as pleasant as it can be! Diamond Brown was my services advisor. I was greeted by another advisor who gather my info and passed me along to Diamond. She ask what I was in for and I explained that it was for a tire rotation and balance and also I had a recall on my vehicle. Instead of just charging me for what I wanted, she asked if I was experiencing any heavy vibration while driving! I wasn’t so she advised that there wouldn’t be a need to balance at this time. That made me feel that she was about making sure I wasn’t spending unnecessary money for something I didn’t need at this time. That also made me feel that she had the customer in mind and not about creating a big bill. She also offered a car wash and was very welcoming and pleasant! One of the best experiences I have had so far when it comes to service departments.
