Diamond Brown was my services advisor. I was greeted by another advisor who gather my info and passed me along to Diamond. She ask what I was in for and I explained that it was for a tire rotation and balance and also I had a recall on my vehicle. Instead of just charging me for what I wanted, she asked if I was experiencing any heavy vibration while driving! I wasn’t so she advised that there wouldn’t be a need to balance at this time. That made me feel that she was about making sure I wasn’t spending unnecessary money for something I didn’t need at this time. That also made me feel that she had the customer in mind and not about creating a big bill. She also offered a car wash and was very welcoming and pleasant! One of the best experiences I have had so far when it comes to service departments.

Ms.Cassandra and Mr.Robbins were beyond amazing, even though the lobby was very busy they provided great customer service and were extremely fast and efficient they helped make my experience care free; Thank you guys!

I think that we should had courtesy cars there if a customer have to leave they car overnight. Also think some type of discount should be in place for customers for waiting time 5 to 10 % on the hour. Thank you for asking. Over all will give a 4 star
