As far as the service I received from my representative Angie it was great. She explained to me what steps were going to be taken today concerning my vehicle. The service I received on my vehicle was mainly regular maintenance and the complimentary car wash that your organization provide was awful your organization may need to think about getting another company to represent your organization. Also, your organization need to figure out a way to offer customers a ride home.

Late start by service dept caused a delay n I also had to bring the car back for an issue deriving from the service but overall I can't complain.

My experience with the Nalley Kia Dealership was a good one. We knew what we wanted, so the staff set up an appointment and got us in the next day. The staff was very friendly and informative. The Nalley staff took great care of me and got me in the vehicle of my choice with no problems.

Your key is choosing excellent service advisors! And, my advisor, Casandra Lewis is the best! She’s knowledgeable, caring, and very customer centric as she represents the Kia product and Nalley in particular.
