My experience has always been great 👍🏾, but the wait time for being checked in for my appointment needs a lot of improvement! Once I arrive for my appointment, it took 15 to 20 minutes before anyone checked me in for my appointment! In the past year in a half the wait time has gotten longer!

Overall, good experience. Lost one star as I'm never offered the "standard" wash with service andy steering wheel was covered in oil. Employees are kind. It's tyically busy so I felt a bit rushed but that is to be expected.

Great experience, Jamaari was professional and no games. Got a great deal, no multiple added fees that most of the other dealers tacked on. I felt comfortable that I was getting an honest deal.
