My daughter purchased a car and John was here salesman. Nothing but excellent customer service! Actually it started from when we walked in the door and was greeted by the sales manager! Our final step with the finance officer was also awesome! I buy all my cars here and now my daughter is a fan of Nalley Kia! Keep up the good work!!

Everyone was really helpful. I do not have the best credit but they were able to find me a great vehicle for my budget. I rode out in a 2020 Kia Soul and I love it. I upgraded from my 2011 Soul. Jamarri was my salesman and he was very helpful in everyway. So thanks...I will definitely recommend them to others.

I took my car in and dropped it off for oil change Diamond Brown helped me that morning and I let her know that it would be that afternoon when I could pick it up. She texted me and let me know how everything was going and if I had a question she was quick to answer... please keep her anytime I go there for a service on my car I always look for her very sweet and professional
