The team at Nalley Kia, did what was expected, as for me wanting to purchase the vehicle from them,especially the store manager and both finance guys who I interacted with during the process. I will say that the level of professionalism, demonstrated by those individuals should be the model for all representing the Nalley brand. Ill leave the rest to you guys to figure out. You guys should easily be getting 5 stars, but someone needs to be coaching the others daily, especially in these dire times when a potential buyer walks into your store. Everyone needs to be on the same page from the start til the end. Overall ill be recommending this store to all I know. All the best to the team at Nalley Kia.
