The service was great and the service advisor was amazing. It took over 3 hours for an oil change and I've been quicker as a walk-in. That was the only issue.

No issues whatsoever. With it being a used vehicle, I asked if they could place it on a lift to inspect the undercarriage...and they did. Very accommodating, friendly, and willing to work the deal. This is the second Atlanta Nalley dealership I’ve purchased from; in both instances it worked out well. Good job Nalley Kia.
