Diamond checked me in, was pleasant and very helpful. She took care of all my needs . I have no contact with the people doing the work but they leave my car clean and ready to drive. Greatful for the service I receive.

The customer service was awesome, Diamond communicated with me throughout the whole process. Not only did I NOT have an appointment, they were able to repair my rotors on my Telluride ontop of my regular routine maintenance without an appoimtment on a Friday late afternoon. The tech was polite and honest and determined to fix the vibration issue that I had been dealing with for the past couple of months that I took my truck to the ALM Kia dealership in Union City that told me nothing was wrong! 100% customer satisfaction with Nalley Kia. Thank you!

I had an appt but still got out of there two hours later for an oil change. I know there are cars before me etc but what’s the point of an appt if I’m going to wait walk in times...? Besides that they did my oil change fine! They gave me estimates for the things I wanna fix but not in my budget yet.
