It would have been a perfect 5 star if it wasn't for the fact that it seem like some oil or some substance was left on my windshield. I had to use my windshield wash over 5 times to get it clear enough to drive. Besides that the service was great! I came in for an oil change and for a recall on software. Curtis was amazing rep that made sure I was ok. Informed me about anything I needed and was just a joy to talk to!! I will probably ask to deal with him everytime I need to service my Kia. I was 1 of 3 appointments @7am. I required a regular oil change. The greeting was excellent as I was checked in on time. I recieved feedback about my vehicles condition, including required additional maintenance, all of which was greatly appreciated. My only issue was the fact I waited 2+hrs. for an oil change

My car died on me while driving on the highway. Got it towed to Nalley where I always get my car serviced and turns out my engine was shot, luckily it was still under warranty. My service Advisor Diamond took great care of me through the whole process. She set me up with a rental car and kept me updated throughout the entire time car was getting serviced. Got my car back and it's driving like new again! Won't be taking my car anywhere else.
