We use to live in Conyers, but moved to Jonesboro. We come all the way back to Stonecrest just because of service advisor Cassandra Lewis. She takes really good care of us every time and always has pleasant things to say. She is definitely an attribute to your company.

I went in for tire rotation, even though I was approx. 30 mins late for my appt. My appt. was 1:40pm, I arrived approx. 2:05pm, at 4:30pm, I noticed my vehicle was in the same spot I parked it upon my arrival. I approached the Service Rep & asked why my car had not been serviced yet, she replied she did not know, however she will find out. She proceeded to the back & returned & stated the mechanic said will be another 20 to 30 minutes & she asked if I wanted to continue waiting, I replied yes. Upon completion I was given an invoice with zero charges. She compensated me for my long wait for a simple job. I was very impressed with that & that made me feel like I would go there again for service.

They did a great job of helping me with my recalls. My service rep Curtis kept me updated on my repairs even took the liberty to schedule me a rental until the repairs were done.
