I'm praying at this point Cassandra is equal to a district manager! For years she has shown great customer service and has always gone over and beyond the call of duty! Pls promote and make sure you keep her happy! She is now a legend at Kia! Without her I would not be there.

I was very pleased with the service. They were quick to help me. I had made an appointment and the service was timely. I waited for my car and they kept me informed of the status. Of course they escorted me to my car. Thank you all for excellent service.

The workers are always friendly and keep me updated on my car. The only thing that I have to complain about is the time frame. I scheduled an appointment for a oil change at 12:20pm . I came in at 12:00, stood in line to be helped about 20 minutes. my car was completed at 2:30pm.

The woman Cassandra was really nice, but my appointment was at 9:40. The man that was at the service desk with the glasses told me that I will be down no later 12:30. At 12 :55, I had to go to him and ask was I finish. He stated, “no” “they haven’t took your car back yet” I asked him, why he didn’t tell me that while I been sitting here this long and he proceeds to tell me that he don’t know and that Cassandra was the person I was suppose to be talking to. I didn’t speak with her when I came in because she was very busy. I became smart at the mouth and start talking to me like I did something wrong. His attitude was terrible and I do not appreciate his “customer service “!

Walked in wanging quotes just so I could figure out how much I would have to save to get a vehicle due to mines being totaled. Walked out with a brand new kia sportage for $0 down and my mother traded in her car and was put in a brand new car. As always amazing service and amazing rates. Thank you so much Mr. Clive and the team at nalley kia for taking care of us.

There is a friendly atmosphere and the employees are nice. The facility is clean and I never have to wait long if I choose to stay.
