I had questions regarding a previous visit an went in to get clarity from service manager. Mr. Rod was very professional and gave me a discount for new service. My visit was very professional.

My wait time was less than expected. My only concern was with COVID the spacing in the lobby and the service desk was too close.

they made me feel like i had a choice either do a good down payment because of my low credit or other alternatives i chose a cash purchase .The kia in morrow they made me feel like i had no other choice THERE WAY OR NO DEAL cash was not an option they did not want me to have control of my on deal

The service advisor, Cassandra Lewis, was very informative and helpful. She explained to me what the mechanics advised that I needed and she explained everything throughly. I did not feel mislead or taken advantage of.

I always get the best service from Mrs. Cassandra she is fair and if it is something I don't understand, she will go get the mechanic and have the mechanic explain things to me. I am making all my appointments with her going forward.
