Glad to find an honest, reputable car dealership in the metro area. I had to drive from the Duluth area but it was well worth the trip due to savings on the vehicle and ease of sale. My local dealer likes to play games with the numbers, specifically adding dealer fee on top of the advertised price. You won’t find that kind of illegal activity at Nalley Kia. Perfect experience from start to finish. Again, well worth the drive for me.

Service is always good, asked for a car wash and it didn’t happen. I understand it was busy but that’s my only complaint.

I was in for service for a problem with my oil pan. Although my wait time was slightly long, Curtis in the service department left me leaving with a smile. He got my part for my car I needed quicker than what I was quoted, as I had to leave it overnight. He also provided excellent customer service. He took very good care of me. I appreciate his above and beyond work ethic. I give Curtis alone 5 stars for his job performance and his great attitude.
