Honestly, a year ago, I had decided not to return to Nalley Kia. I previously was faced with severe scare tactics in attempts to make me pay for unnecessary services. Due to circumstances, I returned. This most recent visit was a total 360 turn a round. Gary was pleasant to deal with and I sensed sincerity in that he didn't quote me on any services he would not personally deem necessary. How refreshing. Gary even walked me over to the parts counter so that I could obtain a quote on a few items. Gary also quoted approx 1.5 hours to complete the oil change and I believe the team turned it around even a bit quicker. At one point last year, I wanted over 4 hours for an oil change. Because of Gary and the prompt response during this visit, I will be back.
