Amazing experience. Met with friendly staff who updated me on my car routinely. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. They had water (it was hot). An all around great experience and atmosphere! The General Manager, Blake Hodoh, came to personally talk to me and thank me for my continued business.

I was really impressed by the people working there. Everyone was pleasant and upbeat. I didn’t realize there were recalls on my car but they took care of those as well as my regular services. I would gladly recommend Nalley Kia.

The day I came for car service I knew they were busy. When I walked inside and did not see any service advisors on the floor I knew they were extremely busy. I knew before being told I was going to have a long wait time for my vehicle. In my mind I thought "maybe I should reschedule", but I decided I was already here and I just needed to be patient and wait. One of the service advisors was frequently checking on us to make sure we all were doing fine which I appreciated. The other service advisor was handling problems and more problems from other customers. The service advisor handled the situations very effectively. I appreciate the service advisors hard work and care for their customers. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service.

Cassandra was awesome. I only had a few complaints... I recieved my car back and whomever worked on my car, programmed the radio stations to his preference, My car had obviously been backed into something and there is a scratch that was not there when I dropped it off. I cannot contact anyone. I left a message
