After appointment, I still waited 3 hours.

Service rep was attentive during the time I was there. I had to have several tests done. Casandra kept informed as to the status of the work being done.

Service was great. My service representative, Cassandra, was great as usual. The Service team and technicians handled a lot of vehicles during my visit, which was one of the busiest days to get your vehicle serviced, a holiday weekend. I was amazed at how many vehicles they serviced.

Excellent service!!! Left car there and ready in 2 hours.
